Maday Valdenegro has been with Mimi Mills for 4 years. She relocated from Los Angeles to Baja eight years ago when she married an Ensenada resident. Her prior jobs included Alaska Airlines and then working at Bajamar Golf Resort as Assistant Pro. She then moved on to manage the Bajamar Hotel and Golf reservations, groups and main office for the resort. She is well respected in the Bajamar family and maintains relationships with many of the point people. Maday has a strong sales background, is bilingual and has served as translator for many real estate closings.. She is an associate member of AMPI and serves on the marketing committee with Mimi. Maday has assisted Mimi in many sales over the past four years and is an invaluable asset to Bajamar Premier Properties in public relations. Marycarmen Lopez has been with Bajamar Premier Properties for 2 years. She is a former resident of Bajamar and has a combined 15 years of local experience. Marycarmen has helped us bring together numerous real estate closings in the short time she has been associated with Bajamar Premier Properties. Her specialty within the office is as liaison between our office and all legal entities for our transactions. Marycarmen works closely with title companies, notaries, and immigration offices.
